A New Supermarket Built for Community, Flexibility and Impact

The new Champions IGA Mt Duneed gave Champions Group the opportunity to create a modern, high-quality supermarket from the ground up for a growing local community.

ADP Retail Systems supplied a complete fixture package across the supermarket and liquor departments, including S-Mart shelving, bread and produce displays, checkout fixtures and supporting accessories. Designed for flexibility, the fittings allow the team to easily refresh layouts, build new displays and maintain strong in-store presentation day to day.

As a new-build project, timing was critical. ADP’s local stock-holding allowed fixtures to be delivered and installed in stages as each area became ready, helping reduce lead-time risk and support the store’s opening schedule.

The result is a bright, flexible and high-impact store environment that gives Champions IGA the confidence to compete with major supermarkets while delivering a strong local shopping experience.

ADP S-Mart Supermarket Shelving – delivers a clean, durable and flexible merchandising system for everyday grocery categories.
ADP S-Mart Liquor Shelving – provides strong, consistent presentation across the liquor department while supporting efficient product navigation.
Bread Display Fixtures – create an inviting bakery presentation that highlights fresh product and encourages customer engagement.
Produce Display Fixtures – showcase fresh produce with strong visibility, helping create an appealing first impression in-store.
Checkout Fixtures – support a smooth front-end customer experience with practical, durable counter solutions.
Department Accessories and Display Fixtures – provide flexibility for changing layouts, promotional displays and day-to-day merchandising needs.
Local Stock-Holding and Installation Support – enabled staged delivery, responsive supply and reliable support throughout the new-build program.

Store Manager George Giles described the finished store as giving Champions IGA “something to compete against the major stores,” noting that customers walk in and are immediately impressed by the store’s “wow factor.” He also highlighted the ease of use of ADP’s fittings for daily layout changes and new displays.
